It is terrific having my property in the hands of professionals who actually know their marketing skills. Also your newsletters are of importance in keeping us up to date with market fluctuations. I feel that even though there is a slight downturn in property sales this does not reflect that prices necessarily have to drop. Of course individual properties have their own true worth.

Just a quick note to thank you both for all the advice over the past months all been taken in and noted well. Still in the throws of sorting out visas seems to be taken for ever but I am sure it will be worth it all. Still seem set on Brisbane area, looking probably backend of next year for visa completion and then there is the house to sell. Still no rush eh.
